The hotel looked great in the pictures online, but unfortunately, it lacked some attention in terms of maintenance and cleanliness. The room I stayed in was stuffy and a bit rundown, located in the interior corridor without windows.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were spacious and had plenty of furniture, but they definitely need updating, particularly with a new coat of paint. The service was friendly and nice, although there was a slight mishap with inaccurate information. The location was optimal, right on the canal, making it convenient for sightseeing and dining out. The dining experience was a mixed bag, with some options being less than appetizing. Despite some areas needing improvement, I enjoyed the marvelous location and friendly service.

My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The location is superb, with plenty of attractions nearby, but the rooms left much to be desired. The service was friendly, but there were some issues. The dining experience was above average, and the facilities were satisfactory.

Upon arrival, my room wasn't even ready by 5, and it didn't look clean. I noticed some maintenance issues like the towel holder falling off the wall and the shower metal cover not being fixed properly.

The staff was generally friendly and helpful, although there was a situation with housekeeping knocking and yelling to enter my room before check-out time despite the 'Do Not Disturb' sign. Additionally, there was an unwelcoming threat of being charged for an extra night just to check in.
